Stainless steel or chrome Nerf bars?

I'll put my truck grills what is beter stainless steel or chrome. steel is more and Picts looks the same, but what's best I do not mind paying a little more for something and I live in Minnesota so you have lots of snow and salt and something and I oxide usually

i would go with the steel. we have cold winters (I'm by your side in WI) of salt in the chrome is not fun. Also, the stainless steel is a high grade metal and has a higher tensile strength (which will last longer). chrome look good, but if you keep it bright.
